1. We had completed RAVI TOWER (11 Storey Residential Apartment) at Vaishali Housing Scheme under G.D.A. Bond No. 17/AO/EE-3/97-98 of deviated amount of Rs. 2.25 Crores.

2. We had completed construction of GANGA TOWER at Vaishali Housing Scheme under G.D.A. Bond No. 97/A.O./E.E.-3/98-99 Cost Rs. 3.58 Crores.

3. We had completed the Development work (Construction of Roads, Drains & Culverts) at I.A. Masuri Gulawati Road, Ghaziabad with U.P.S.I.D.C. Ltd., Cost Rs. 1.06 Crores against agreement No. 31/EE/2000-01/ND-II dated 03.03.2001.

4. We had completed the construction of M.I.G Flats in Sector-62, Noida with Construction and Design Services U.P. Jal Nigam, Ghaziabad. Costing Rs. 1.08 Crores against agreement No. 03/P.M./U-46/2000-01 Dated 03.02.2001.

5. We had completed the Development work (construction of Roads, Drains & Culverts) at I.A. Masuri – Gulawati Road, Ghaziabad with U.P.S.I.D.C./CD-VII/01-02 Dated 21.04.2001 Cost Rs. 1.10 Crores.

6. We had completed the repair renovation & interior work in Gurgaon Office building for Sepient Corporation Ltd. Costing Rs. 6.03 Crores.

7. We had completed the District Hospital Male in Padrauna Distt. Kushinagar for U.P. Health System Development project costing Rs. 4.72 Crores against Bond No. 63/UPHSDP/CE/Civil/E-17 Dated 14.01.2003.

8. We are constructing development work construction of Drain & road in sector-105, 108 in Noida with C. & D.S. Jal Nigam Costing Rs. 2.00 Crores against agreement No. 24/Dev./105-108/U-46/02-03 Dated 08.11.2002.

We are constructing Married Accommodation Project for Director General Married Accommodation i.e. constructing of Married Accommodation for OR (256 DUs of G+3) at ‘D1’ area and OR (24 DUs of G+3) at ‘D2’ area including allied Internal and External services at Chandimandir (Package-I) amounting Rs.18.83 Crores against CA No.DG MAP/CHANDIMANDIR (PKG-I)/ PHASE-1/T-1 OF 2006-07 sated 26.06.2006.

10. We are constructing Married Accommodation Project for Director General Married Accommodation through Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. i.e. constructing of Married Accommodation for OR (221 DUs of G+3 at ‘D3’ Area) OR (192 DUs of G+3 at ‘C1’ Area) and OR (168 DUs of G+3 at ‘C2’ & ‘C3’ Area) including allied Internal and External services at Chandimandir (Package-IV) amounting Rs.42.69 Crores against CA No. 02/PC/MAP/CHANDIMANDIR/PKG-IV dated 14.06.2006.
